Continuing the Life and Legacy of Liz Freel
On April 6, 2024, our founder and a true pioneer of the sport passed away. Liz believe in the transformative force of powerlifting. She coached countless individuals, and lovingly referred to them as "her kids." Her life's work was dedicated to helping others. Her resilient spirit taught those around her to keep fighting. Her will to live was unmatched, and her generosity knew no bounds. Although it's a heartbreaking loss for the powerlifting community, her legacy and determination will live on through this foundation.
